Uncharted from Silk & Spice is a new chapter in wine discovery; aging their wine for 9 months in Sandeman Port wine casks. Blending Portugal’s rich winemaking heritage and a spirit of innovation is how this came about. This unique process of aging adds a nice roundness and depth with added complexity. This distinctive expression from Silk & Spice is smooth and perfect for our approaching Autumn weather.
Here is the blend in the bottle: 35% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Syrah, 25% Touriga Nacional, 10% Tinta Roriz.
