Double Barreled Cask Strength Spanish Rum is an exceptional spirit created through a collaboration between Nicolas Palazzi of PM Spirits and renowned sherry producer Equipo Navazos. This rum is 100% molasses based and was distilled in the Antilles. This double barreled rum was aged on site for little over five years in first filled bourbon casks and then shipped to Jerez, Spain where it was aged in freshly emptied Oloroso casks for more than ten years and bottled at cask strength. It is unfiltered and free of additives. From the current release only 1500 bottles were allocated for the entire USA. -

We age our Colorado Single Malt Whiskey in #3 Char American Oak Barrels in our mile-high warehouse in Denver, Colorado. This Whiskey is non-chill filtered and cut to proof with Rocky Mountain water. Every Batch is hand bottled.
