  • On the nose, aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruit with hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity. On the palate, the wine instantly traces an astoundingly fine line between density and weightlessness. Its precision is extreme, tactile, dark and chiselled. The full taste lingers with the utmost elegance on a sappy, spicy note.

This splendid craft beauty comes presented in a gorgeous bottle adorned with a label showing off some local heritage, depicting a scene from the Chicago World’s Fair of 1892. A vibrant spirit drink filled to the brim with character. FEW Spirits hails from Evanston in the United States of America, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years thanks to many of its advocates hailing from its dry streets. Thankfully Evanston is now home to this excellent craft distillery which takes its name ironically from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.
  • With an ample proportion of rye in its mashbill, along with corn and malted barley, FEW Rye is a fantastic example of top-notch American craft distilling. It comes from Evanston, Illinois, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years thanks to many of its advocates hailing from its dry streets. In fact, FEW rather cheekily takes its name from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.
