  • The Taghta from Glenmorangie is a 'crowd-sourced' whisky, in that many of its characteristics were decided by the Cask Masters, Glenmorangie's loyal fans - an exciting concept which has resulted in this limited edition expression. The Taghta is a non-chill filtered single malt which has received a finishing period in ex-Manzanilla casks. It has been bottled at 46% ABV and given a rather apt title, as "Taghta", is Scottish Gaelic for "Chosen".
  • This rare expression has been matured in a First Fill Sherry Butt for over forty years. The whisky has toasted malt aromas with hints of pear and sweet heather honey. The palate is initially peppery with fresh lemon citrus flavors; these develop into a smooth and creamy milk chocolate finish. MacPhail's Collection from Glenrothes Distillery is selected, matured and bottled by the family owned firm of Gordon & MacPhail - the World's Leading Malt Whisky Specialist.

  • A terrific blend of bourbon, rye and peated Scotch whiskies from High West in Utah, we love the back story of this one. During a visit to Islay, David Perkins enjoyed a breakfast at a B&B near Bruichladdich, which included a delicious syrup made from sugar and peated whisky poured over honeydew melon. Taking this experience back to America, he set about blending sweet bourbon from Lawrenceburg with peaty Islay single malt, with some spicy Rye for good measure!
  • What did one rye say to the other in a bottle of High West Double Rye!? "This whiskey sure is big enough for the both of us!" High West Double Rye! is made by blending two very distinct rye whiskies together, a lively 2-year-old and a sweeter 16-year-old that was made with a higher proportion of corn. It's the kind of idea that makes everyone in the saloon stop and stare, including the old fella playing piano in the corner. The result is a mighty fine whiskey with a good kick from the younger rye and lasting refined flavor from the elder. Yee-haw! Get along, now!
  • The Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie that compose TRIOMPHE are unique. They were selected and put aside 50 to 60 years ago especially for the TRIOMPHE blend based on their exceptional complexity, finesse and delicacy.
  • A stunning expression from Clément, made from well-aged, specially selected vintages of rhum argicole from the Martinique distiller's stocks. The name itself comes from the founder of the distillery, Homère Clément. Hugely satisfying notes of oak and smoke, hazelnut and liquorice, demrara sugar and classic agricole rhum grassy hints.
  • Frank Sinatra was a long time fan of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey and was often seen sipping a glass of it on stage while singing 'Fly Me To The Moon' or 'My Way'. He even kept a stash of the classic whiskey on his private plane to enjoy while on the way to his next show, which would certainly beat a plastic cup of warm wine any day.
